Barnesville students love, love, love their outdoor classroom spaces. These photos show the Pavilion, one of the students favorite places to hold class. It is one of four designated outdoor classrooms on campus, including a new amphitheater-style structure in the center of campus, completed in the Fall of 2014.

when stumps aren't just stumps
Lower school students utilize "natural" exercise equipment to enhance their fitness level and learn creative ways to overcome challenges. Here, the students use tree stumps to develop lower body strength and balance. Even on snowy days, first graders get outside to exercise during PE class. Students develop balance and agility, and the tree stumps are used for squats and balance.
